As Mayor of the City of Vernon, and in the spirit of this gathering, I recognize the City of Vernon is located in the traditional territory of the Syilx People of the Okanagan Nation.

Bylaw 6041 - Zoning (ZON00418) Amendment Bylaw for 300 and 800 Sparkling Place

• THAT Bylaw 6041, "300 and 800 Sparkling Place Zoning Map Amendment Bylaw 6041, 2025", a bylaw to rezone lands from RCC - Resort Commercial Centre to RTH - Resort Tourist Housing, be adopted.

Bylaw 6100 - Business Licence Bylaw
