The Mayor called the meeting to order at 8:45 am.

Rolling 5 Year Infrastructure Program - 2023 - 2027 (5700-04)

 

Councillor Mund left the meeting at 8:59 am and returned at 9:29 am.

Councillor Durning left the meeting at 9:33 am and returned at 9:34 am.

The Manager, Infrastructure presented the Rolling 5 year Infrastructure Program - 2023 - 2027, followed by an overview of the Infrastructure projects included in the proposed 2023 - 2027 Financial Plan.

B. Quiring joined the meeting at 8:47 AM.

    Seconded by:Councillor Durning

    THAT Council endorse Year 1 (2023) of the Rolling 5 Year Infrastructure Program - 2023 - 2027 and endorse in principle (subject to Council's 2024 - 2027 Strategic Plan) contained in Attachment 1 of the report titled "Rolling 5 Year Infrastructure Program - 2023 - 2027", dated November 15, 2022 and respectfully submitted by the Manager, Infrastructure.

  • Councillor Fehr left the meeting at 9:58 am and returned at 10:00 am.
